I am Jeff Miller, the only level 2 TPI trainer in Albany, New York. At Function Golf, I offer training and coaching to golfers and people to increase their athletic mobility and power. I also provide solutions to poor posture and other issues.

How Does the TPI Program Work?

TPI’s golf fitness model is about fitting your body into your golf game. Do you ever have pain or feel exhausted after golfing? It’s probably because you’re trying to force your body to do things it can’t do … yet. 

Through a series of assessments, I can precisely locate your body’s strengths and limitations and design a program to increase your range of motion and coordination. Using that program, you will find yourself experiencing less discomfort and lower scores on the course. It will increase your performance and your enjoyment of the game.

Based on Titleist Performance Institute practices, clients are given a battery of tests usually reserved for professional golfers.

By performing a “total picture” assessment of your body, swing, and equipment, I will recommend a program that will seamlessly integrate into your existing game and help you optimize your performance. It will also improve health and minimize the risk of injury.
